(Beverly Hills, CA) May 26, 2011 – Miles Teller (Footloose) has signed on to star in the comedy 21 And Over, written and to be directed by The Hangover writers Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, it was announced today by Relativity Media’s President of Worldwide Production Tucker Tooley.
Produced by Mandeville Films’ David Hoberman (The Fighter) and Todd Lieberman (The Fighter) and to be released by Relativity Media, the film is a hilarious comedy in which two childhood friends drag their straight-arrow buddy out to celebrate his 21st birthday the night before an all-important med school interview. But when one beer leads to another, the evening spirals into a wild epic misadventure of debauchery and mayhem that none of them will ever forget.

In other words: The Hangover: The College Years. Good to see the writers branching out and testing themselves.
You’re right, sounds JUST like The Hangover (and part II), just missing one element. TODD PHILLIPS. He will go down as the Harold Ramis/John Landis of this generation. No one makes films like him. They look like films AND they are funny. Sure Lucas and Moore “wrote” The Hangover, but take a look at there other credits (Four Christmastes, Rebound and Ghosts of Girlfriends past) all forgettable. All missing one thing. A real comedy director.
Simma down now Huh?
It’s all a matter of taste. Due Date was terrible. School For Scoundrels was terrible. Starsky and Hutch was terrible. Hangover was good but exceedingly overrated. Old School was great. Road Trip was great.
Hangover 2, so-so.
Todd Phillips doesn’t even belong in the same sentence with Harold Ramis.
at some point in the craziness of the night they meet someone who does some crazy sh*t and maybe they get a photo or are just witness to it and the next day he is the one from the med school conducting the interview. the end.
Writer boy
“Princeton can use a guy like Joel.” That was a more clever ending!
Things take a turn for the hilarious when the boys meet up with Tiki the Corn-holing Gerbil, voiced by Alec Baldwin.
He was amazing in Rabbit Hole.
How can they never forget if they are too drunk to remember?
What happens when they actually GET to the White Castle?
I’m not really a stickler for total originality, but come on.
