Danny Glover is set to co-star in Fox’s drama pilot Touch, about a father (Kiefer Sutherland) who discovers that his genius son (David Mazouz) is communicating with him through a complex series of numbers and may even be able to predict events before they happen. Glover will play a professor who works with the boy. More from our sister site TVLine, which broke the story.

Great! It’s good to see Touch establishing a strong cast.
Wasn’t this already done? It was called “Knowing” and it starred Nicolas Cage with a very bad hair piece.
I’m glad to see Glover working on a series – I was thinking he might be too old for this shit.
Isn’t Glover pretty toxic?
No Steve, it was called Mercury Rising with Bruce Willis. Sounds like a beat for beat rip-off. Good job keeping it original guys!
I saw Mercury Rising. I read the script to Touch. The two projects have nothing in common. Not even the same genre.
I hear that this script is quite daring and impressive, with wold-spanning plot-line, much like Lost (in the flashbacks).
Intrigued.
Oh, and Keifer is the man.
FOX has another looser on its hands, this is one show that I will not watch.FOX cancelled alot of good shows.
“Touch” is awesome. Cannot begin to express how deep the writing is with multi-layered story lines and how strong the unforeseen connections. Keifer as always is stunning. Absolutely a must see. You will become a follower and a fan immediately. The cinematography in Japan will take your breath away and bring tears to your eyes. BRAVO. SPECTACULAR.
