Veteran talent representative Jeff Kolodny is returning to agenting. He has joined Paradigm as an agent in the talent department. Kolodny comes from Luber Roklin Entertainment where he has been a manager for the past three years. Before that, Kolodny spent 17 years at William Morris where he was a VP in the talent department. It is not clear yet which clients will follow him to Paradigm. Luber Roklin was in the news recently as its youth manager Nick Roses was charged in April with nine criminal counts stemming from an alleged scheme involving acting workshops for out-of-town kids.

One of the nicest guys in show business.
Nice grab. Very good dude.
Seems like the chips are definitely starting to fall over there…clients are leaving Rocklin like there is a wildfire over there!!!
He’s a class act and a great guy and a much needed boost to their talent department.
Good on him for escaping that nuthouse.
Solid move by paradigm….jeff is awesome
We worked together at WMA, He is class act and will be a great addition to any Agency. I respect him and wish him the best. Good guy with great taste!!!
Both he and his wife are two wonderful people/agents – how rare is that??
Glad to see him out of that hell hole
Jeff rocks- one of the most genuine talent reps in town and an even better guy. Smart move by Paradigm and another bummer for Luber et al.
Jeff needed to be at a place with class, he is a true stand up guy… and deserved so much better than that awful place he was at. All the best Jeff .
Welcome back, Jeff. Luber Rocklin sucks A**.
Jeff
If a stand up guy and a great agent
Congrats
Score one for Paradigm. Jeff is hard-working, super detail-oriented, and incredibly ethical. A total class act.
Jeff is a great guy and a class act. Great move for Paradigm.
Kolodny is a great guy but this move will end up like so many others by Paradigm — with an abrupt exit about one year from now. Anyone who has a real book of business and a sense of ownership about how they conduct their agenting is going to run up against Sam.
Look at the revolving door there over the last two years of agents in Kolodny’s same position who went in expecting to use the platform of a well-heeled agency eager to have them, only to tread water in an environment that can provide you no resources.
Maybe I’m wrong and Kolodny will break the cycle. But I am not holding my breath.
I hear Paradigm went to Nick Roses first and he passed, opting instead to go to prison.
Zing!
Very nice. Jeff is fantastic. Not only a great agent but an even better guy. Good for Paradigm.
Fantastic get! Congrats Paradigm! Jeff is a lovely guy – great with talent and a great eye for talent.
I worked with Kolodny for years at WMA. Very well respected and such a genuine man. Great great for Paradigm. I wish him the best.
Excellent hire! Jeff is a super guy and a super agent!
JSK is a great person and agent. Glad to see him getting back on the agenting side. Actors should seek him out if they want a true rep that cares about their careers and not agency political interests
Love Jeffrey. Obviously he didn’t have a bog business when he had to take a job at Luber. That, if you are in the business know. He also was not picked up by a major agency. But at Paradigm he will have another chance. He needs to be open to finding clients and hoping to hit it big. Not following the pack. He’s a solid dude, I hope he makes it.
Ta-da.
Jeff is a hard working ethical guy. Paradigm is lucky to have him.
Finally! This made my weekend.
So, does Springer stay at WME or follow Jeff to Paradigm?
