David Bergstein Sues His Former Attorney

• I’d like to know if there is anyone associated with Bergstein that isn’t being sued. And people wonder why folks are wary of getting involved with independent film.

• I’d like to know what Bergstein did to his attorneys that would make them go rogue and risk their livelihood and reputation they’ve worked so hard to build in order to cross him.

• Hollywood talent was so eager for buyers, it allowed a guy like this to exist. He was a blight on our industry, and when he wasn’t stealing from indie filmmakers, he was ruining their reputation.

  Investors, there are good people in Hollywood that make profitable films. Don’t expect a huge payday, but you can at least get your money back and you get to hob knob with actors on set while you sit in a chair with your name on it. This is a FUN business. Just be wary of any deal that is too good to be true.

• it seems a game of speed. these cases are good to observe, so we know the system where they flower. it seems to me that there is planty for everyone, since u can not controle all that might be consider yours. for loyers as well )

• David is a guy who doesnt have the goods – sweet Ron gave the idiot a chance and he could not step up- i think my golf pro would have done a better job- david so ask for daddy for money since you cannot earn it
