Disney Channel has renewed sitcom Good Luck Charlie for a third season. Production is scheduled to resume in Los Angeles for a premiere in early 2012. The series, created by Phil Baker and Drew Vaupen, centers on the everyday adventures of the busy Duncan clan: working full-time parents Bob and Amy; their three teen kids PJ, Teddy and Gabe; and fast-growing toddler, Charlie. Bridgit Mendler, Jason Dolley, Leigh-Allyn Baker, Bradley Steven Perry, Mia Talerico and Eric Allan Kramer star on the show, which is exec produced by Baker, Vaupen and Dan Staley. The series also inspired the Good Luck Charlie, It’s Christmas! Disney Channel original movie set to premiere in December.

The only one on the show who doesn’t seem to age is Teddy, the teenage daughter. She should be in college by now.
Teddy is fifteen in the first season and sixteen in the second. If there is a season 4, she should go to college then.
We need more indigenous content that protrays First Nations People in a positive light and carries a pro-active message of hope. It has been awhile since sencorship to these programming had been outlawed but today we can progress forward.
Congrats to this show! It is clever and well done – this and ANT Farm are my kids 2 favs! Keep up the good work.
WOW….this show is really well written. The cast is stellar and each episode offers something different. My children and I watch this show.
This show reminds me of a live action Incredibles…in that, Bob and Amy Duncan bare a striking resemblance to Bob and Helen Parr. They even have the same mannerisms.

I love this show! But they should at least announce when season 3 is premiering on disney channel. All they say is that it would premiere in early 2012.

I hope it’s a boy, because it would go well with the pattern. PJ, Teddy, Gabe, and Charlie. Boy, girl, boy, girl. They’re due for a boy. But in my opinion, they really didn’t need another kid because they would have to change the name of the show. Remember in the “Charlie is 1″ episode when Amy tells Bob that there will not be a fifth? A statement that’s repeated in a later episode, when Teddy finds out that Spencer cheated on her.

It’s April, and it’s STILL not out. I can’t wait much longer, it’s one of my favorite Disney shows since Wizards of Waverly place is over!
