SANTA MONICA, CA – August 25, 2011 – Miramax announced today that Adrienne Gary has been appointed Senior Vice President, Organizational Strategy & Administration, effective immediately. Gary will be responsible for all recruiting, organizational structure, global HR and corporate administration. Gary will report directly to Steve Schoch, Miramax CFO, and work closely with Mike Lang, CEO, on key organizational issues.
“We are very pleased to have Adrienne join our team. She brings extraordinary experience and a track record of working in first-class, global media and entertainment companies – like Fox, where we worked together for several years. We are confident that Adrienne will be a tremendous asset for Steve as well as the rest of the Miramax team,” said Lang.
Gary has over 25 years of experience as a strategic human capital executive, with deep expertise in the entertainment and media industries. Prior to joining Miramax, Gary ran her own human capital consulting group, serving clients ranging from startups to well-established companies. Previously, Gary spent seven years as Executive Vice President of Fox Networks Group, where she was responsible for developing organizational structures, policies, and staffing and for streamlining HR infrastructure. She spent more than 20 years at Warner Bros. Filmed Entertainment, most recently as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources, and she has also held positions with Global Apparel Network and Ernst & Young. Gary holds a BS from Woodbury University.

Please get Echo Bridge some quality masters and teach them how to present the Miramax/Dimension Films they licensed in acceptable quality on Blu-ray (they seemingly can’t even get the intended aspect ratios and native audio tracks properly and have managed to muck up nearly every single one of the Blu-ray releases they have done so far).
Echo Bridge is managing to turn off and diminish the Miramax/Dimension Films catalog to the Blu-ray consumer for a generation with their shoddy quality control and weakening sales of Miramax’ films.
