With CBS and NBC in all repeats, it is a two-way race on Monday between Fox and ABC these days. Fox posted another dominating performance from Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen (2.8/8 in 18-49, even with last week, 6.8 million total viewers, up 3%) and MasterChef (2.4/6, up 4%, 6 million, up 9%). Fox (2.6/7, 6.4 million) easily won the night, logging its highest-rated Monday with summer programming in four years among 18-49 and in three years among total viewers. A two-hour Bachelor Pad (2.1/6) was down 9% from the ABC reality series’ three-hour season premiere last week but up 11% vs. the same night last year. A repeat of Castle (0.9/9) followed, with the dramedy posting its highest rerun rating this summer. ABC (1.7/5, 5.5 million) finished second in both 18-49 and total viewers.

Man, Fox is going to send Ramsay to an early grave the way they work him lol. I honestly couldn’t believe his age when I saw it, thought he was 10 years older. The stress of being that guy must be unbelievable. But I love all his shows.
Hell’s Kitchen is where he gets his stress. On MasterChef, he’s a lot nicer and more laid back. However, being that he is paid $200k an episode, I don’t think he really cares.
“No chance!” “It’s raw!” I love me some Ramsay. Hell’s Kitchen is fun, but I prefer the BBC stuff like Boiling Point and Ramsay’s Great Escape. I wish there was an APP with Ramsay quotes.
Yep I don’t think he sleeps. He has Hells Kitchen (where he is the most stressed), he has Masterchef (more laid back) but diong TWO series over the summer. Then he has Kitchen Nightmares which requires him to travel all over the US (stress) for the Fall AND spring.
Then let’s not forget he has “The F Word” over in the UK and “Great Escape” a UK show that requires him to go EVERYWHERE.
I’d be cussing a lot too if I had this work load but he must not mind!
The most recent season of Hell’s Kitchen, which has the most contestants yet (18) only took six weeks to film. I’m sure Gordon is with his family when they aren’t filming. Six weeks out of 52 weeks ain’t that bad. I know he has other shows as well, but I’m sure he gets breaks in between.
Bachelor Pad is full of the most shameless losers around. Selling their souls and dignity for $250K. They are pathetic.
…oddly enough wife and I happened to watch last night’s episode and saw one girl walk out of the show because of the less than human players….and then a great looking, and apparently “normal”, was voted off AND her BF decided to leave with her and screw the $250k !!! An Officer & Gentlemen/Pretty Woman ending. I’ll assume it was all real which is the most odd thing for a “Reality” show to allow.
Even with Castle’s summer high (and amazing lead-in), it STILL lost to H50, which was pre-empted by football in Houston.
