Sony Pictures Classics announced today that Woody Allen’s Midnight In Paris has surpassed $50 million at the domestic box office and earned $50,062,843 to date. As previously announced, this is Allen’s highest-grossing film of all time in North America (not adjusted for inflation and ticket prices).

That is GREAT!!!!!!!!! I LOVED this movie.
KEY PHRASE: “Not adjusted for inflation and ticket prices.”
Not even HALF-WAY to MANHATTAN’s adjusted gross….
check out the gross around the globe.
Like fine wine, Woody! Better with age!
One of the most celebrated actors/filmmakers and this is his highest grossing film! There’s a message in here for all those big wigs in Hollywood, but I doubt if they’re seeing it.
I’ve been a fan of Woody Allen for as long as I can remember, so this is great news.
Absolutely correct. Hannah, Annie Hall and Manhattan all have grossed over 70 million in today’s money. Using dollar figures without including inflation is misleading and unmeaningfull.
Man, chill.
And $85M worldwide.
Hopefully, he will now be in the running to direct the WAR GAMES reboot, right?
Bullets over Broadway was a Far better film but made about a cent. Whatever.
Bob, I agree that BULLETS OVER BROADWAY is a much better film than PARIS. But, it actually was one of Allen’s most successful of that period – over $25M in inflation adjusted gross.
