Is Chuck Lorre dying to tell his side of the Charlie Sheen saga? The TV exec producer’s vanity card at the end of tonight’s Two And A Half Men episode could be a clue. His remarks are especially interesting because of the new legal settlement among Lorre, Sheen, and Warner Bros:

Sometime last year I realized I had become the unwilling contestant in a reality show. I didn’t understand the rules, wasn’t sure if there even were any, and pretty much hated every second of it. For many months I kept hoping and praying that it would end. But it did not. Somewhere along the way, something inside me died. Anyway, now, suddenly, I’m being told that the reality show’s been cancelled. Apparently, it was just one of those things that somehow got out of control. Sorry. Whoops. Live and learn. Moving on. Game over. And that’s fine. I am so good with that. Yes, please, let’s all move on. There’s just one problem. That thing inside me that died? It walks at night. It’s angry. It’s hungry. And worst of all…it’s writing a tell-all book.

Chuck Lorre is an arrogant child who doesn’t get a long with more than half the stars of his former shows. As far as a tell all book, hope it’s better written than the last two episodes of Two and a Half Men which have sucked out loud. The way Lorre carries on about Sheen, I’d swear his in love with him. He’s got a little crush on the Shen-man and cant’ seem to let it go. And the worst part about it is this guy comes off every bit as strange as Sheen ever has been and “allegedly” unlike Sheen was, Lorre is “sober” and acting like this. Advice to Chuck Lorrie-grow up loser. Nobody gives a sh*t.

I exercise regularly. I eat moderate amounts of healthy food. I make sure to get plenty of rest. I see my doctor once a year and my dentist twice a year. I floss every night. I’ve had chest x–rays, cardio stress tests, EKG’s and colonoscopies. I see a psychologist and have a variety of hobbies to reduce stress. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t do drugs. I don’t have crazy, reckless sex with strangers.
If Charlie Sheen outlives me, I’m gonna be really pissed.

Chuck’s friends need to tell him that unless he’s going to switch from family comedies to Sam Kinison-like fare, he needs to find a way to let it go for his own good. Angry *can* be funny, but it’s not what he’s done his whole career, and it won’t be funny for him.

And let’s not pretend for a second that he hasn’t clashed with ALL leads of his TV shows – including Roseanne Barr and Brett Butler and Cybill Shepherd. One could think, oh okay, those women are out-of-control bitches. But after one person has clashed with so many, perhaps it’s not the women who were the issue (or Charlie Sheen more recently) but the one man in common with them all – Chuck Lorre who clearly doesn’t play well with gentiles. Hmmm.

Once Sheen stopped supplying this guy with his personal stories the show stopped being funny all together. Its like the writers had a lobotomy or something.
The last episodes from the previous seasons that get to be aired these days are really bad, and all try to get the story around Alan, while Charlie is exiled somewhere…scarcely being in each episodes…
maybe there is more to Sheen’s spring melt down than we were left to see.
Maybe Lorre looks like the douchebag people want to hate, but did he mouthed off and took the fight into the public the way Sheen did? No he didn’t , and I think the man deserves some respect for that. Honestly, the way Sheen started with his drugged-out ,name-calling, maniac attitude that filled the airwaves for half the year to now turning into is groveling, spineless worm, begging to be back on the show, only proves one thing: who the real loser is between the two actually is.
I’ve had few opinions about the man ’till now, but this does reek of sadness. The network should never have allowed this vanity card business to start in the firs place. That blurb belongs on a personal website (or maybe Huffington Post, since several use that as their personal, confessional website), but certainly not as a postscript to a network television show.
Talk about self absorbed. Not a shocking turn of events, but man it’s time to let go Chucky. Move on. You need to spend more time on Two and a Half Men because this last episode was seriously bad. Not even Berta was funny.

the new show is better than ever wife and I love it. thought last episode was best ever. Ashton is doing a great job . and his looks fit his character . if they need new neighbors we would be honored. or need to know what regular people think. Ask us
Being a Sheen fan I had my doubts however,each new show is even better than the last. Recently my hubbby & I watched the “My Precious” episode which provided us the ultimate Juggernaut of spontaneous continuous laughter. Even the last seconds Zing yet another burst of howling laughter. Sorry Charlie but, Ashtons got all the giggles now. As always Love u Jake! Thanks for the extra giggles Alan, Berta, Evelyn & Herb. The dynamics & obvious chemistry of this group can’t be beat!!!
