• Why do you suppose that Jerry Lewis has not been given an honor? He has a tremendous body of work, is certainly “age appropriate,” and yet he is snubbed.

• I just watched the movie It’s Complicated with Meryl and Alec Baldwin, I instantly had to watch it 2 more times to get my friends to see it also…She is so believable in her acting roles…The best in the industry… We are luck to have her on the big screen, an American talent like no other, second to no one.
  We all could relate to that movie…Alec was great to, I can see why he would want to leave 30Rock to do movies, he is a great seasoned actor, great timing, Mama Mia…they must love to do movies together….She is such a talented drama actor and comedy actor, not many people can do both successfully.

• I have this theory that people who work for these stars troll the internet and plant posts. Some even control the content by having negative posts deleted through their connections with publications – I know Angelina Jolie’s people do.

  This last post makes me suspicious.

  I am not in the “business” just a mere mortal so if this is obvious fact to all of you insiders, why don’t you confirm my suspicions because everyone thinks I’m nuts. Which I am but I think I’m right.

  I also think Meryl Street is the biggest naked emperor in Hollywood. She is indeed good no doubt but not as good as she supposed to be – which is not humanely possible. I think most any average (by their standards) English actor is as good or better than Streep. Pound for pound, she cannot hold a candle to Helen Mirren in my opinion.

  She’s always Meryl underneath, wowing us, and knowing it.
