Dillon Casey, who has been recurring on the current second season of the CW drama Nikita, playing new Division operative Sean Pierce, has now been promoted to a series regular status. He is with SDB and Luber Roklin.

Tony winner Sutton Foster has been cast as the lead in Amy Sherman-Palladino’s ABC Family pilot Bunheads. The project, which Sherman-Palladino wrote and is expected to direct, centers on Michelle (Foster), a Las Vegas showgirl who impulsively marries a man, moves to his sleepy coastal town, and takes an uneasy role at her new mother-in-law’s dance school.

Cameron Goodman has been cast in Cartoon Network’s untitled comedy pilot from Everybody Hates Chris creator and Are We There Yet? developer Ali Leroi and Ice Cube’s Cube Vision. The pilot centers on a young rapper and his aspiring music manager sister as they deal with the demands of the music biz and their no-nonsense tutor (Goodman). Goodman, repped by APA and Precision, will next be seen in recurring roles on 90210 and How to Make It in America.

Andy Milder (Weeds) has joined Disney Channel’s new comedy series Austin & Ally as a recurring. On the show, about the unlikely partnership between two polar opposites — Austin (Ross Lynch), an extroverted musician/singer, and Ally (Laura Marano), a brilliant but shy songwriter — Milder, repped by Stone Manners Salners and McGowan Management, will play Ally’s dad.

Matt Barr (Hellcats) has joined the cast of History’s miniseries The Hatfields and McCoys, about America’s most infamous family feud. The mini centers on “Devil” Anse Hatfield (Kevin Costner) and Randall McCoy (Bill Paxton). Barr will play Hatfield’s oldest son. Additionally, Barr was recently cast in the indie horror movie Seven Below Zero opposite Val Kilmer and Ving Rhames.
