EXCLUSIVE: Actor David Krumholtz has signed with Gersh. This marks Krumholtz’s return to the agency where he had been a long-time client. He was recently at CAA. Krumholtz co-starred on NBC’s short-lived drama series The Playboy Club and is already fielding new pilot/series offers following the period drama’s cancellation last week. Krumholtz previously starred on the long-running CBS procedural Numb3rs, a role he landed while at Gersh. On the feature side he will next be seen in A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas, reprising his role as Goldstein from the previous 2 movies in the franchise. Krumholtz will continue to be repped by Jeff Golenberg at The Collective and attorney Warren Dern.

This makes me happy. I was a bit worried after TPC got canceled, but looks like he’s going to be fine.
He’s a Gersh kind of guy not a CAA type. He should leave Golenberg also.
Krum is a great TV star – he will be second fiddle always at CAA. I’ve been down that road with them before – they could care less. Gersh will treat him right like they always did.
Can’t blame the guy for trying CAA. He’s paid his dues and deserves more film roles. Didn’t know it was him in I Love You Man.
Very nice, humble guy.
Moving to the minors is never a good thing. The TV departments at WME and UTA would have been a power move – this looks like CAA’s cutting him loose.
I love when trainee’s comments make it on deadline.. when an actor has a quote that high and their series gets dumped months before pilot season, they don’t get dropped by an agency..
