EXCLUSIVE: In what amounts to her most substantial acting role so far, Kim Kardashian has signed on to costar in The Marriage Counselor, the Lionsgate film Tyler Perry will next direct, based on his stage play. Shooting begins October 26 in Atlanta. The film tells the story of Judith, an Ivy League-educated relationship expert who makes her living dispensing marital advice, but is so bored with her own marriage that she breaks her professional code and cheats with a smooth talking client only to realize she has made a huge mistake. Jurnee Smollett plays the marriage counselor and Kardashian will play Ava, a co-worker who gives Judith a big city makeover and new confidence as she struggles with her personal issues. Kardashian previously played roles in the films Deep in the Valley and Disaster Movie.

Everything Mr. Perry produces always has a great message and a moral to every breaking point in the movie or stage plays! I have been a big fan since his first stage play because of his talent by being musically inclined and an artist period, not to many can accomplish what Mr. Perry has accomplished and that is put theatre based productions in the african american community. I can’t wait for this movie to come out and congratulations to everyone starring including Kim Kardashian!

I think it’s great that she’s doing this movie, why are all you people envious of the fact that she’s in a movie? You guys are so mediocre, you have done nothing with your lives; if she’s able to being a celebrity and NOT over night, then clearly she’s doing more then nothing. All of TP movies are awesome with great, faith-based storylines. Kim K may not be an actress but all of his other actors will probablly act around her to make her look good. He isnt going to ruin his name by making her look bad or him look bad. She beautiful and is way beyond the popluarity Paris HIlton ever was and thats what he will get some of the white girls to whatch his movies. Look, his actors made Janet Jackson look good, shes too much of an overactor and the rest of the cast in Why DId I get Married and Too pretty much made it funny.
