Lifetime is developing Fame Monster: The Lady Gaga Story, a biopic of the famous pop star. The project, named after Gaga’s 2009 EP, is being written by Norman Snider (Casino Jack) based on Maureen Callahan’s 2010 book Poker Face: The Rise And Rise Of Lady Gaga, with Ilene Kahn Power (Lifetime’s Who Is Clark Rockefeller?) executive producing. Lady Gaga is not involved. Fame Monster chronicles the life of Stefani Germanotta, who started her musical career as a rocker and later was transformed into pop mega star Lady Gaga. The project has been heating up at the cable network and could get a green light soon. Gaga shot to stardom with her debut studio album, The Fame, in 2008, and has been making headlines as much for her music as she has for her outrageous outfits.

Celebrities aren’t interesting anymore. You went from World War 2 and having a bunch of them inlisting and really interesting stories from their own lives like Lance Henriksen didn’t know to read and ran away from home and traveled the seas, to ‘I want to be famous so I’ll dress up like a freak’.

I’d like to see Kirk, Spock and McCoy go undercover to a techno concert of hers on a distant planet which is raided by many henchmen who have a thunderous phaser fight with them.
Gonna be hard to pull of the drug use and bisexual antics Gaga is ( openly) known for.

Just when you think Lifetime movies can’t get any worse! This feels like a retro MOW from the mid 90′s… With no music to boot! When is Lifetime going to start making quality films? Whoever thought of this one should be fired… And when the ratings tank, she probably will. What’s next: Amy Winehouse?
Lady Gaga is such an amazing pop artist and she always make room for the future pop artist to do their thing such as Jessica Ferguson with her song “Go” and Selena Gomez with her song “Who Says”.
