Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp said today that it has named Adam Mizel its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and Gary Loffredo its President of Digital Cinema Services. Both had been co-CEOs since 2010, when founder Bud Mayo retired. Mizel and Loffredo will report to chairman and CEO Chris McGurk, and Loffredo will keep his General Counsel title. The company has been shifting its focus of late to software and content distribution, leveraging its existing digital-cinema platform.

How in the world can Cinedigm continue paying the top-heavy salaries of their executives while sustaining their output of mediocre content? Anyone?
Amazing that this company is still around. FYI, they owe over 220 MILLION $$ to GE Capital alone, + other creditors. There is no way they could ever pay that debt back – because they have made most of their $$ by vpf’s – and those have come down in price in a big way over last 2 years. You’ll see – this company won’t be around in 2 years. They OWE TOO MUCH !!!!!!
You have no clue what you are talking about. The Company makes over $40 million in pre tax earnings a year and these 2 guys are key to the new direction they are taking.
