In its first episode, Live! With Kelly, with guest co-host Jerry Seinfeld, posted a 4.0 household rating and a 2.2 rating in women 25-54 in the metered markets on Monday. That was down from the big 7.3/23 Live! scored on Friday with the farewell show of Regis Philbin but up 38% and 57%, respectively, from the talk show’s November 2010 averages.

She’s outta control!
Is this really what Jerry Seinfeld wants to do with the rest of his life? ugh.
Remember how the ratings went up after KLG left and people realized that a big portion of the audience had been driven away by her…. Perhaps now the Regs is gone, we’ll see the same thing. Wouldn’t that be a kicker?
I’m sure Live with Kelly can be entirely carried by Kelly Ripa. No need for JS.(Sarcasm)
I love Kelly and I thought she and Jerry were fun. I miss Regis, but I’m a Kelly fan so, I’m in.
The ratings were up for one reason only…curiosity.
This show needs a co-host and quickly, as this was just painful to watch. She can’t host this on her own and Seinfeld is desperate for any kind of relevancy again.
People are tuning in for curiosity factor. She won’t hold me as a viewer. The opening montage is also just stupid. Talk about “dumbing down our culture”. Yuck.
Ripa is the dumbest thing around and annoying as helllll. Has America really dumbed down this much? Get that idiot off!
