Universal has released new artwork for Snow White And The Huntsman. The three-character banner shows Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth as the title characters and Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen. Directed by Rupert Sanders, it’s slated to open June 1, 2012. Relativity’s rival movie — a lighter version of the same fairy tale directed by Tarsem Singh — recently titled Mirror Mirror, reaches theaters first on March 16.

Oh okay! Now i still do not care!
I think you do care a lot, if you took the time to post a comment
Try keep to the essence of Kristen Stewart…
“Oh okay! Now i still [...giant unnecessary pause...] do not care!”
Is that a kitchen sink behind the Huntsman?
Yeah, I think it is! They didn’t want people saying, “It’s got everything but the kitchen sink.” No, wait. Really looks more like a bathtub. Rather longish, wouldn’t you say?
I’ve enlarged the picture & i still can’t tell what the hell that is.
Nice try. If you didnt really care you wouldnt have clicked on the link to LOOK at the poster and you wouldn’t have spent the time to comment. Fail.
Whereas you didn’t take the time to reply directly to owen’s comment and just plopped your thoughts down any old place. Basic internet skills? Fail.
This ‘Snow White War’ is ridiculous. Both are pointless movies.
I don;t care either, and you don’t have to click on any link to view, its just there idiots
Brown and blue… at least they’re mixing it up a bit. I’m impressed.
It looks cheesy and Kristen Stewart looks like an expressionless mope. Bad.
why the negativity?
is it bad that Universal took a risk and made a big budget film? really?
why so angry about it? would love an explanation.
Because it looks like everything else. And the studio doesn’t even know who the audience is. Sanders’ “vision” is essentially LOTR with Snow White. With “Hobbit” on the way from P. Jackson, who gives a shit about this?
Strictly from a graphics arts point of view, I feel the transition between Stewart and Theron is a bad one. It’s amateurish in how extreme/sudden/sloppy it is. The transition between Stewart and Hemsworth’s portion of the banner is a good one, on the other hand, though the crap behind Hemsworth is poorly designed/conceived.
Bottom line: I like the concept, but they needed a much better designer to pull it off.
great.
I Have to admire the effort, it looks the artist was striving to obtain something along the lines of a renaissance triptych. Unfortunately, the end result is a little too difficult to discern.
Horrid banner. Who is this supposed to appeal to? Ugly, boring and the dimensions are a mess especially Stewart who looks like she should be one of the dwarfs. Anyone else notice that the backgound and style of the center pic looks very similar to that of the Burton Alice in Wonderland poster? So desperate to cash-in on that film’s success. Lazy.
This could’ve maybe been good, but I really wish people would jump off the Kristen Stewart is a good (or even decent) actress train, its not happening. She has the presence of a filing cabinet.
Just to clear it up, i put this bitch in photoshop and (drumroll) it’s a bedpan…behind the huntsman
I got the joke the first time, but you do realise it’s a knife he’s holding right?
lmao-there’s a online group known as “nonstens” who actually organize to write negative things on every site that does kristen stewart stories. Why you ask? Because they have convinced eachother that Kristen stewart is trying to ruin the career of costar Robert Pattinson, and they hope by organizing online to write negative comments, they can “get back” at her and ruin her career. Crazy? Yes. But this is what happens when Twilight fans congregate. I bet about half of the negative comments come from this little rag-tag online group who monitor tweets about site stories on SWATH, and then go to town trying to get revenge for the object of delusion Robert Pattinson.
Awesome! Cannot wait for this movie. Looks like LOTR had a baby with Alice in Wonderland. I’m there.
Looking forward to this version much more than the other one. And I actually like Kristen Stewart. I’m not saying she’s a terrific actress or anything, but I think she has the potential to be great, especially when she’s actually give something to work with.
