This video reminds me of an article I once wrote about Hollywood power eaters. How if you feel intimidated you can simply order a small side salad. Or a steak “blood rare” to scare your companion and close your deal in record time. Enver Gjokaj and Brian Henderson may be familiar to you already from their online sketches and this one may or may not be about 2 junior agents. ”It’s been passing around a lot of industry offices with a lot of ‘I’ve totally had that lunch!’,” Henderson emails me. Enjoy:

This is hilarious. I have seen other stuff from these guys…I think they are brilliant.
Is this really hilarious? Seems to me these guys should quit pandering to agents with their little skits and make something that shows some cinematic talent, no?
Yep…that’s L.A.
Nothing here was funny, smart or worth watching.
Not how lunches go at all and not funny at all. Didn’t laugh once.
Were u anticipating having ur life changed by a skit? These guys are obviously trying to let their creative juices flow and theres nothing wrong with that. Studios and networks invest $100s of millions of dollars into piece of shit movies and tv shows that are pointless and unnecessary…whats their excuse? Let these guys do their low budget thing and enjoy it.
I personally think all agents are soul-less scum so anything that shows the world how idiotic they are…im all for it.
I actually thought it was pretty good.
If nothing else I appreciate their effort to make a driveway look like the Ivy.
It looks like Cool Basil.
I have no plans on seeing this at all, but it’s nice to see Enver working. He’s a class act and a good actor.
Enver Gjokaj was fantastic on Dollhouse. Even with the unique issues on that series, he killed it. I keep hoping he’ll pop up on another series or in more features.
this is every lunch or happy hour drink in the bar at Craft.
throw in “i love him/her” when talking about any actor, director or writer
and also “i wish he would go to back…(to whatever made money)”
they could have done this entire thing in under 2minutes. yet it was 4.
Who was the girl? What a babe.
“I’ve totally had that lunch!” Good God…..it’s true one doesn’t need an education to be able to speak or lunch in Hollywood.
Nailed it.
Perfect little skit to tell all aspiring filmmakers to NEVER give up.
This is an awful piece about awful people. I’ve seen better, more clever stuff by teens having fun on youtube.
Since Henderson now has an agent, we can definitively say agents know absolutely nothing about talent and everything about “what everyone’s talking about” within their own hermetically sealed universe. I guess that makes this lame skit perfectly apropos for that lesson to new voices – therein lies its residual value.
