• Aren’t there copyright laws in place to prevent movie title stealing? Anyone remember the British Emily Lloyd 80′s pic with the same name? Would anyone get away with calling Citizen Kane their new film?

  • There’s just a slight difference between the two……………although, probably no-one DOES remember the Emily Lloyd film in the same way no-one remembers Emily Lloyd either.

    The title of both is a generic phrase used by all of us. It’s not really title stealing.
