So far, only the five most recent episodes of the Sony TV-produced Community were available on the NBCUniversal-backed Hulu streaming service. Starting today, all three seasons of the quirky new comedy will be available on the subscription-based Hulu Plus. The move comes just as NBC grounded Community for midseason (the series is expected to return in late spring), so fans of the show will be able to catch up with old episodes during the hiatus.

Just a week after I buy the first two seasons on DVD to catch up. Well played media industry, well played.
Yay! Finally, something they didn’t Brita.
Awesome.
Finally! This is one show that has only been available on TV or DVD. Glad people will finally be able to see the earlier seasons for free and in HD. Sony still hasn’t released the first two seasons on Blu-ray, and the episodes arent on Netflix at all.
On the contrary, I watched the first two seasons of Community on Netflix months ago.
Now if only they’d remove the “Web Only” restriction so I could watch it on my tv, all would be right in the world.
I cant live without community. if NBC will not air episodes then I demand new episodes delivered to my home every thursday. Thank you.
Apparently the ghost of Jeff Zucker is still making bad decisions at NBC. Why else would they do this to us? Certainly not for Up All Night or Whitney? Right?
Hopefully people will rally behind this show the way they did when Park & Rec was almost canceled. I guess the time off might help people appreciate it more and give others a chance to discover it through different media platforms. Fingers crossed.
Now where the hell is my Dark Knight Special Edition DVD? It was here a minute ago.
They did for plus members.
This is fantastic news. I’m a Hulu plus subscriber and have always hated the fact that Community wasn’t available via the iPhone app… Saves me $70+ since I don’t have to buy the seasons on iTunes!
Now, if only Archer would follow suit…..
