EXCLUSIVE: After almost a decade without an agent, CSI: Miami star David Caruso has signed with WME. He will be repped by a team led by WME Global head Graham Taylor, who will work with Caruso’s longtime manager Jason Weinberg and attorney Jamie Mandelbaum. NYPD Blue alum Caruso stars as Lieutenant Horatio Caine on the long-running CBS crime drama CSI: Miami, now in its 10th season. The CSI spinoff is one of the most watched series around the world and has been sold in off-network syndication in the U.S. to A&E and AMC. Caruso’s film credits include Proof Of Life and Jade.

great sign for them. He is big business.
Really surprised he didn’t end up at a Gersh or Paradigm, and that one of the big agencies would agree to take him on.
Love him and his sunglasses!
Graham Taylor is one of the few agents in the business that is a true delight to deal with no matter what. Great sign.
But did he take his sunglasses off when he signed?
Sure, if putting on and taking off sunglasses is big business.
He is a nightmare.
GT is the King of the B-Level. Go Graham!
“He signed….in blood”
YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I am worried tho, does this mean if he has an agent that he is actively looking for work – so CSI Miami is being cancelled or is he leaving? Be gutted it either happens, best show on TV!!!!
@banko7 I definitely am concerned about this news since for 10 years DC apparently did not need an agent while staring on CSI: MIAMI. My fear is that this means the show is in its twilight since the show could not survive without Lt. Horatio Caine. Its my favorite TV show, too, and I do not want to see it end at the end of this season.
I love David and it has nearly been 10 years so if David ever Ever leaves then no one will watch it and we love Lt Horatio Caine.
YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Well of course he didn’t have them on silly…just a Csi Miami thing
No Caruso ain’t leaving csi
CBS “killed” CSI Miami when it was moved to Sunday night. Will be surprised if it renews for another season. It’s constantly being pre-empted or delayed due to football over-runs. Too late for people who have to get up early the next morning. Fans then find something on another channel to fill the delay time and eventually switch to other shows. Glad to see he is getting an agent. At least this means we may see him elsewhere. I was afraid he would become occupied with producing and his other business interests entirely.
My favorite show and actor I would love to meet him some day but probably never be able to. And I agree the show gets knocked off by everything and I really get upset by it. They need to take other things off or at least take turns.
CSI Miamai is the best American Cop show on British TV and we all love David and his character here in England. Please don’t take it off. If he leaves and there is to be a series eleven no-one can repalce him. I will be very sad if I don’t get my fix of CSI Miami and David Carsuo.
Why has David Caruso leave CSI Miami? The most character any other actor portrays. Unable to watch new show. Guy from cheers can’t come close to Caruso. Believe will loose many dedicated fans without Caruso
I really like him as a police officer I hope this means he will be making more movies now and will be playing a cop or detective in them. I think what happened with csi miami is that you were just starting to see the same crimes over and over again and the character were rarely innocent and the same old stuff just got old after a while. I stopped watching after year eight and would have loved it if calliegh and delko would have ended up as a couple with kids. The CSI’s deserve a happy ending.
In my opinion CBS have made a huge mistake in axing CSI Miami which is or was the best of the three CSI shows. It’s probably no consulation to the cast of CSI Miami, but here in the UK many have switched off to the other two CSI shows, by way of protest.
All the actors were great but David’s character Horatio was CSI Miami.
I could understand why if CBS had given us fans a good reason as to why CSI Miami was axed, but they didn’t, and true the show has left a legacy not only here in the UK but world wide, but that does not compensate for the big disappointment of CBS’s decision to their cast and the fans world wide. I wish David and the cast every success for the future. Thank you David and your colleagues for ten unforgettable fantastic years of CSI Miami. Horatio will live in my heart for ever.
I agree totally about the show being canceled and David being the best for that type of show. Don’t understand the reason that it was canceled with no explanation to the fans of 10 years, but CSI New York can’t hold a candle to Miami.
So where is David? I hope that he is working somewhere as I have not seen him since the show was canceled.
I’M SO TIRED OF TH DUMM REALITY SHOWS ABOUT HOUSEWIVES, AND STUPID MARRIAGES. PUT DAVID BACK ON TV. THIS DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE. IF THE SHOW WAS A GOOD SUCCESS, WHY, WHY DID CBS TOOK IT OFF THE AIR. THIS MAN IS A GREAT ACTOR THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. I WATCHED HIM SINCE IT BEGAN THE FIRST SHOE WITH ERIC. LT. HORATIO CAINE IS THE MAN. CBS SUCKS!!!! BRING IT BACK!!!!!
As we know with CSI Vegas, it was never the same without Grissom. Miami has always been my favourite and I have enjoyed David Caruso’s roles since NYPD Blue. If it has to end (and we now know it does) I would to see David Caruso in another Police/Detective series as I think it is what he excels in and in the not too distant future. Good Luck to all
