Clean sweep for next year’s Razzies!
Wow looks like malin ackermans movie is not going to go!!
I guess the box office numbers aren’t enough for the suits to UNDERSTAND that the WRONG type of movies are being made.
AND that the movies that are being made are missing the mark.
Your comment is so loud and broad as to be almost meaningless. Are you even talking about this particular post? What specific box office numbers must we UNDERSTAND? Which movies are the WRONG ones?
A lot of press for a movie that will be a straight to dvd release.
Wait, Adam Brody…the O.C.’s Adam Brody…as Harry Reems? ! Yikes. Would’ve been better off casting an unknown lookalike.
Demi Moore as Gloria Steinem.
Huh.
Interesting.
This could spell the end or things just got really interesting.
This film has Oscar written all over it. Rob Epstein and Jeff Friedman have the highest standards for their projects, and thus have 2 Best Doc Oscars to prove it.
This is a perfect role for Demi Moore to prove yet again what an incredible actress she is. And Adam Brody is a comedic genius who deserves this chance to shine.
Nice try, HJ.
Adam Brody, yes! Inspired casting as Harry Reems. Assuming an offer is out to Yahoo Serious to play Gerard Damano?
What happened to Sharon Stone who was announcing to all and sundry that she had signed on for this (presumably as Seyfried’s mother)? Any truth to that or just another pathetic attempt by an aging actress to get her name in the news?
Such…odd casting. They’re not trying very hard to find people who resemble the characters are they? Brody doesn’t have the body to play Reems and Seyfried is far too pretty to play Lovelace.
Dunno. Moore’s been taking some challenging roles of late (see Margin Call), so I’m interested to see what see does with more mature material. Actually, same goes for Brody. I’m not one to jump to conclusions, but I think there’s some potential here.
This goes one way or the other, I don’t see any in between. I know that’s broad, but come on, it’s either going to be a disaster or a triumph, isn’t it?
So this makes how many clients from Untitled in the movie now?
Looks like Weinberg and Rister are having a tough time as “producers” attaching quality clients and now have to go in house to fill these roles.
Straight to DVD.
