I guess she needs a little more exposure. Umm, what does she have to do with the movies anyway? Just saying . . .
Bingo. The MTV awards have more credibility.
Big F**king Deal.
Yawn. God forbid we get a break from her media whoring ways.
Those that can’t … present?
For the ABC telecast? or the telecast on Telemundo?
at least she won’t be singing.
Yet another reason NOT! to watch the oscars!
Actually, Jennifer is a talented actress and I wish she had concentrated on her film career instead of branching out into music. Most people mock her because she was in terrible movies like Gigli and Jersey Girl, but she has also been in some good films and worked with prestigious directors and actors and it’s not fair to focus on the negatives, as if no actor had ever been in a movie they’d rather erase from their credits.
Please. She hasn’t had a good performance since OUT OF SIGHT. Before that, she was good in SELENA and had okay supporting turns in BLOOD AND WINE and U-TURN. But that’s as far as her so-called acting talents went.
Jennifer should’ve gotten an Oscar nomination for her turn in El Cantante. She even said so herself.
She was raw and gritty in it, but hardly anyone saw the movie.
Oh she said she should have gotten one? Such humility…
I am laughing at your comment, Mrs Lopez agent. Even you are finding it hard to defend her career. JL has been too lucky to been give more than one chance. She’s done dozens of films. And still, all people can remember is her terrible acting and choice of films. That’s not exactly `focusing on the negatives.’
Why the fck is she even at the Oscars?
ok, as long as she doesn’t sing and pretend she doesn’t like the attention she gets from her A$$. chris rock was right – “thank your a$$ girl!”
Here we go again. How about some good old fashioned MOVIE STARS. Next you’ll be announcing The Kardashians are presenting.
I don’t get the outrage. Is she the first person who didn’t have a movie out or who doesn’t really have a movie career that was asked to present at the Oscars? Doubt it.
