Ugh. Kimmel is so uncool, so unfunny and so unshould be on tv.
It’s amazing. I don’t think there’s one successful person in Hollywood who doesn’t get comments exactly like this everytime they’re mentioned. It’s almost like it’s a sign of success.
I’m not a huge fan of Kimmel, but once in a while something on his is incredibly funny.
I was thinking the exact same thing.
It’s ironic that we have been covering lives of celebrities for so long, and criticising them for what they said and did in the past which was immortally covered by the media, that now ‘Normal’ folk will be having it done to them through Facebook’s addition of the new timeline feature.
And people don’t like it.
How ironic.
Hilarious! SNL needs to borrow some of Jimmy’s writers or even Jimmy himself. On a serious note: Facebook eventually gets to own every person that has a Facebook page.
@Dave – yes! this is funnier than anything I’ve seen on SNL in a while (except for the sexual harrassment skit with Melissa McCarthy.)
The pepper spray and momma comment at the end were priceless.
As for Timeline, FB is officially a monster and people should bail out now.
Only get to watch Kimmel’s stuff online in Ireland, but he used to be on 3e here. Absolutely love his show – he’s up there with Letterman for me now. Great bit, too.
“I miss Friendster.”
Gold.
Hey Tim W, same with Spike Feresten. But we all miraculously survived when his cruddy show got axed too.
Kimmel blows. His show is irrelevant. New talent please. Deal with it.
You’re comparing Jimmy Kimmel to Spike Feresten, who I had to look up? Does it bother you that someone so apparently irrelevant is so rich and popular and you’re relegated to taking anonymous shots at him on the internet?
