EXCLUSIVE: Howey will star along with Zoe Kazan and Mark Feuerstein in the romantic-horror film currently in pre-production. Directed by Brin Hill and written by Joss Whedon, In Your Eyes revolves around two polar opposites who have surprising connections. Howey is a regular on Showtime’s Shameless and recently starred in Warner Bros’ Something Borrowed. He is repped by UTA and manager J.B. Roberts at Thruline Entertainment.

This guy is awesome on Shameless!
Truthfully, he is not a good actor. His perfomance is REBA was marginal and its been downhill ever since. SHAMELESS, great show, but he is in like 2 scenes a season.. Good luck to this movie….
Oh Brian… 2 scenes? No way. He’s a series regular. And he is phenomenal in Shameless. The scene where Ethel thanked Kevin and V for everything? It was off the charts good. His facial expressions, showing how much he has come to love Ethel as a daughter brought tears to a lot of people.
Good job, Steve!
Howie was the strongest part of what was a middling show. I disagree with you that his performance was marginal at best. It was pretty obvious he elevated the material.
Someones jealous! Could it be cause he’s married to Sarah Shahi? He’s an amazing actor! Get a life!
Steve is a wonderful, playful, present and committed actor. I recently had the pleasure of starring opposite him in the indie film FRANNY, and not only was he brilliant, but he was also a great teacher for this gal, who’s just getting her career going. Thanks Steve, and congrats on the new film, buddy!
Two episodes a season? You obviously don’t watch shamless. Steve Howey has came a long way from Reba. He is a good actor, he has broken out in shameless. Great casting.
Love this guy. So handsome and talented.
I haven’t had the opportunity to see him in Shameless, but he was hysterical in Reba. I think he and Barbara Jean made the show. He has such a quick wit and his facial expressions make me laugh so hard, I am sitting there sometimes by myself, and I start laughing out loud. Reba would not have been the same without him.
