I’ve learned that ABC Family is finalizing a deal for a second-season renewal of drama The Lying Game. After a shaky start last summer, the show, based on Alloy’s series books, clinched a 12-episode order in September. In Season 1A, Lying Game has done OK, ranking as the No. 3 scripted cable series in January behind ABC Family hits Pretty Little Liars and Switched At Birth. As a sign of the pending renewal, actors from the Warner Horizon/Alloy-produced Lying Game have been invited to ABC Family’s upfront event in New York on Monday.TV Editor Nellie Andreeva - tip her here.

May it be for a full 22 episode season two order. TLG has been the BEST TV show since, EVER. The must stunning reveal that has changed just about everything in season one. No show as delivered such total entertainment to every member of the household, even the NASCAR fan! Best news and congratulations!
Finally! I understand that the ratings haven’t been that great, but they have to understand that a lot of the people who watch are following online. There is a huge fan base out there and we really want to keep this show going! Renew the Lying Game!!! Even better, bring a full S2 order!
The ratings have improved with more competition, and that’s probably thanks to the PLL lead-in. The Lying Game has become just as good as Pretty Little Liars, and I look forward to it being renewed. I can’t wait for ABC Family to announce their schedule on Monday!

I love The Lying Game, and I would love to see it get renewed. That was such an amazing season finale, you can’t just leave us all hanging like that. This show has been the best part of my Monday nights. Its what I look forward to most every Monday. The books are amazing and so is the show. Please renew this! All of us fans are so badly wanting to know what happens next.

seriously please bring back the lying game for a second a third and many more….i watch it mostly on the internet and i even paid to see sason 1 episode 6 to 20 since not avaialable to us but it was so worth it…..i rewatch it almost every time and i am so team ethan and emma the chemistry is just fantastic……and a total die hard for ethan so hopefully more of him….definitely wooohooooooo.

Wow!! Great finale episode that i just finished watching online. So glad ive heard theyre bringing a season 2 out and it will be along while in the uk but online will do me fine. Its terrible that emma and suttons mum would be so vindictive. Rebbeca is like the grown up version of sutton. poor emma she knows nothing. To be honest i think rebbecca is using both her daughters to get what she wants and will leave them like she did at birth. Can’t wait to know some more woop!!!
They need to hurry up and FILM! GAH! The ending was so shocking!!!!
