CBS has greenlighted The Job, an unscripted pilot executive produced by Survivor chief Mark Burnett and Who Wants To Be Millionaire guru Michael Davies. The pilot, which is now filming, is hosted by Lisa Ling. Each week on the proposed series, five contestants, narrowed down from thousands of applicants across the country, will compete for a once-in-a-lifetime chance to land their dream job at one of America’s most prestigious companies. Davies’ Embassy Row and Sony Pictures TV are producing, with Burnett, Davies and James Sunderland executive producing.

Cool.
Lisa Ling is the worst narrator ever! I tried watching her docu series on OWN and she is just too boring to listen to regardless of the topic. I’ll pass.
Thank you.
No thanks. How about a show with her sister who’s actually doing something out there.
I LOVE THIS SHOW CONCEPT! Oh wait…I already did this, and it was called the Apprentice.
congrats, lisa!
So now Burnett is ripping himself off??Is he going to sue himself? “This is “Apprentice” and Ling couldn’t be more boringon camera. Pass
Lisa’s my favorite person on TV. Good for her.
I am a fan of Ling. She is one of the sincere people on camera. Good for her and CBS.
