Santa Monica, CA, March 15, 2012 – Miramax today announced two new additions to its International Sales team. Marna Grantham has been named Senior Vice President, Domestic and Latin America Sales, reporting to Joe Patrick, Head of Worldwide Sales. Gloria Lee has been named Director, Digital Sales, reporting to Beth Minehart, Head of Global Digital. Both appointments are effective immediately.

“We are very pleased to welcome Marna as we continue to grow our sales team to reach a broad range of platforms in key territories, with high quality Miramax programming,” said Patrick. “Marna brings an impressive background in television sales and marketing, as well as a keen insight for licensing programming to emerging markets, in particular Latin America which we are very focused on.”

Minehart added: “This is an exciting time at Miramax as we continue to develop a strong and experienced organization dedicated to executing our strategy. We welcome Gloria to the Digital team, as she adds impressive experience strategizing multi-platform content distribution. We look forward to working with her.”

Based in Miramax’s Santa Monica office, Grantham will assume oversight of TV sales activity in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Prior to joining Miramax, Grantham was Vice President, Program Planning & Acquisitions at Turner Entertainment Networks, which includes TNT, TBS, TCM, TruTV, and Cartoon Network. During her tenure Grantham was responsible for acquiring the off-net rights to series and feature film packages.

Lee, who will also be based in Miramax’s Santa Monica office, will work with digital providers in territories around the world to license Miramax programming both to subscription services and digital cloud and locker services. She will also support in the development of Miramax branded distribution platforms like Miramax’s Facebook App launched last summer. Previously, Lee was Director, Distribution Strategy and Development, at Fox Networks, and she was a consultant for Accenture. Lee graduated from The Wharton School with an MBA and received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

At this year’s MIPTV, Miramax will expand its exhibiting space and will be located in the Lerins Hall (LR4.22).
