According to NBC, this is Mitt Romney‘s first sit-down appearance on late-night TV since entering the 2012 presidential contest. Not since December 1st, 2010, has Romney been a guest on The Tonight Show — maybe because Jay Leno makes the GOP presidential primary frontrunner a regular target. This will be the perpetual candidate’s 4th visit to the Tonight Show couch, where his opponent President Obama last sat in October. Let’s see if Romney can top Obama’s 4.1 metered-market average rating — at the time Tonight Show‘s best number for a Tuesday telecast in a year-and-a-half and 52% higher than the show’s season-to-date average.

What an absolutely perfect pair.
If Jay doesn’t present Romney with an Etch-a-Sketch, then he’s a wimp. Oh wait, Jay IS a wimp. But either way, it would be good to address the elephant in the room with the toy.
He should go on “The View” to be asked the REALLY stupid questions, then go on Letterman to stick his finger in the gaps between Lettermans teeth.
Timely Dave reference, what with him getting rid of that gap years ago.
2 giant corporate tools talking to each other late at night should help me get to sleep faster.
Will he wear a sombrero to honor his Mexican heritage? I’m sure his fellow Republicans would love that.
maybe he’ll come out dressed as an etch- a -sketch. nah, he doesn’t have a sense of homor
