• I gotta give Par credit, this is a good move. World War Z should not be a holiday movie IMHO, its better off as a summer tentpole.

• World War Z is better suited to play in the warm weather months. And since Cruise is now enjoying some career heat again Paramount believes One Shot will deliver good numbers during the holiday frame. It sounds like good business to me.

• Ninja Turtles was the Sh*t when i was growing up… 20 years ago. I don’t know if it’s relevant to young kids anymore though.

  • actually they have been releveant for the last 20 years. 4Kids had a series that went for 4 years back in 2003. the comics are still going strong. and this fall Nickelodeon is going to be airing a new CGI cartoon for their Nicktoons network. I really don’t think your comment was accurate.

• The TMNT film will have men in suits with the faces being CG like Where the Wild Things Are and those fx were astonishing! I’m pumped. btw not everyone is a crazy Hobbit fan. I certainly hope other studios open other films against and around the release of The Hobbit.

• Some thoughts about NINJA Turtles 2013:

  As the Ninja turtles is and always will be my heroes it is really important who’s gonna voice the turtles. The turtles 2 movie was my favourite film growing up. It was so rad and cool. But I just was so dissapointed that Donatellos and Raphaels voices weren’t the same as in the first movie.

  So to me; Since it is a movie for us the fans, and we have to live with that they now are aliens.
  The least Michael Bay can do is to bring back the original voices. And Corey Feldmans voice for Donatello is and always will be the voice of Donatello to me.

  I love the idea that Krang is gonna be the villian in the movie BTW. Just had to point that out. And don’t make up anything new, stick to Dimension X and The Technodrome. And hope to see Beebop and Rocksteady.

  I trust you Michael Bay. AND PLEASE Make the turtles look like the original Turtles not like they do on the pictures you can find around the internet. MAKE THE TURTLES LOOK LIKE TURTLES.
  That’s my biggest wish.
