• Saw it a couple of weeks ago at a preview, as I had expected the movie is supremely hilarious, I laughed intensely throughout the entire film. Keep in mind that, as Ms. Finke would say, it isn’t for the easily offended or ridiculously naive.

  An evil dictator comes to American, has his beard removed by a diplomat, no one can verify his identity (???), then becomes a clerk at a local deli, but scares unsuspecting midwesterners who have an aversion to foreigners?

  Sounds like a real winner. Whoa. I was really hoping this was going to be funny. I can’t believe SBC could come up with such a lame story.

• Pathetic. He is the most obnoxious jerk and there’s nothing funny about this movie. Borat was hilarious it was brilliant. Bruno was awful and this looks to be just as horrible. It’s sad to see such a smart comedian do such stupid comedy. He should be exiled to Afghanistan or Saudi Arabia and forced to be a slave laborer for the next 30 years.
