Ari Emanuel and Charlize Theron will be among the Hollywood A-listers joining Barack Obama and the political elite at this year’s White House Correspondent’s dinner Saturday night. Politico announced today that the WME CEO and Oscar-winning actress are coming to the WHCA as their guests. Also invited are Desperate Housewives’ Eva Longoria, a longtime Obama supporter; Hollywood stylist and Bravo star Rachel Zoe; Apprentice judge Ivanka Trump; and MPAA chairman Chris Dodd. Former Michigan governor and Current TV host Jennifer Granholm and FCC chairman Julius Genachowski also are invited. Of course, they all might be overshadowed by Lindsay Lohan, who is expected to be a guest of Fox News’ Greta Van Susteran.
ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel is headlining the dinner this year. The late-night host will take the podium after President Obama makes his own undoubtedly partisan jokes and cracks. Past headliners include Saturday Night Live’s Seth Meyers last year, Jay Leno and Wanda Skyes.
Other Politico guests announced today include Google executive chairman Eric Schmidt, UAE Ambassador Yousef Al Otaiba, and Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal. Ronald S. Lauder and his daughter Aerin Lauder also will attend along with the DNCC’s Theo LeCompte, Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell, Obama campaign manager Jim Messina, journalist Perri Peltz, RNC chairman Reince Priebus, Virginia Sen. Mark Warner and Green Bay Packers star Charles Woodson.

Please give it a rest ‘LeftCoastDrags’. You’re a Republican who dislikes the current administration, we get it. The WH Correspondants’ dinner, and Democratic fundraisers aren’t meant as a personal affront to you, it’s just part of the process for both sides of the aisle and will continue to happen no whose party wins the WH in November.
Besides, I think most Americans fully understand the premise that Hollywood is mostly a left leaning industry, and they’re still raking in billions of dollars every year anyway. But if proclaiming your intended boycott on Deadline makes you feel empowered, then by all means, go for it.
