The Style Network has announced the formation of Style Media, a new global, multimedia content company. The move includes the addition of several business divisions: Style Digital, which includes myStyle.com and various social media platforms, Style Licensing & Merchandising, which will produce branded products inspired by Style shows, Style International, which includes the Style-branded international channels available to 17 million subscribers, and Style Experiences, interactive, in-person experiences. Style Network president Salaam Coleman Smith will continue to oversee all divisions as President of Style Media.
