Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis play opposing and predictably over-the-top political candidates running for a North Carolina House seat in the Warner Bros comedy The Campaign directed by Jay Roach. It’s set for release August 10, a couple of months before the U.S. presidential elections — just in time for Barack Obama and Mitt Romney to glean some last-minute pointers.

Yawn. This is Ferrell’s Bush impression, which was sort of funny eight years ago when the guy was in office, but now feels tired but mostly just…irrelevant.
WILL goes back DEEP in to the well, let’s see it’s, Talledago accent with a little Anchorman, and the fresh humor of well, you get the point.

Love Ferrell. I dont care how much Kicking and Screaming sucked, it doesnt negate the fact that he is talented and this looks promising. I can’t believe people have gotten to the point of defending against non existing “haters”, honestly most people don’t actively hate on something as insignificant to their lives as the latest Will Ferrell movie they either think it looks good or they don’t, that’s it. There is no hidden agenda and I don’t even know why the “evil haters” would all be losers living in their parents basement and closed to this “art”…is a 90 minute broad summer comedy get a grip.
