UPDATE: CBS Cancels Freshmen ‘Unforgettable’, ‘A Gifted Man’ & ‘NYC 22′

• i dont mind if a show deserves to get cancelled but why cancel shows that have a season average of 12 million viewers when its a given that the majority of new shows coming in will fail. why not instead change there date and time and keep it going until they have something sucessful to replace it with.

  take a different network with chuck i liked the show but given its numbers i understand it being cancelled however they have such a low amount of quality shows there they could have kept it around another few seasons until they have a quality show to replace it with.

  i just hate when they cancel shows without giving them a chance and than start next year with a whole host of new shows that 90 percent will be cancelled. im getting to the point were i will no longer watch a show unless it makes it a few seasons and ill just go back than and watch it from season 1.

  NCIS had similar viewers its first few seasons and it was allowed to develop and now look at there viewers.

• I find myself watching more cable than network shows. I do like CBS and AbC better than the rest. However, I agree, good shows are pushed to the side.. in favor of reality TV. In the world we live in, don’t we have enough reality everyday.+

• I don’t understand who gets to choose what gets cancelled? I really enjoyed a gifted man and want it to come back. It was a great show, take something else off the air. Disgusted!!!!

• I am so sad they cancelled A Gifted Man. It was such a good show. I love Patrick Wilson. Now I bought the Season on DVD and I watch it over and over. Why they cancelled good shows and keep all those stupid reality shows. I missed Dr. Holt.

• We don’t have tv stations in our home. We only do DVD and VCR. We love the gifted man. This is a show that can be enjoyed with the whole family so I am not surprised its cancelled. We found it through Netflix. Thank you for providing entertainment that doesn’t mean compromising language and content values. Netflix maybe you can bring this back somehow
