Callie needs the help. Go Jim!
Dull hack. This will not last long.
I’m excited to see Nashville. I love the city, the country music scene, Connie Britton, and hey, Callie Khouri IS an Oscar winner after all. Let’s see where the show goes. It’s all about character and conflict anyway. I don’t believe Connie Britton would have done this if the script didn’t move her. Say what you will about AHS but it was something new, fresh, and different in a landscape of the same old, same old. I hope for Connie’s sake it’s a hit!
Does anyone know how much of the series itself (beyond the pilot) will be shot in Nashville?
On a scale, say, where a “1″ would be the “Beverly Hillbillies” and a “10″ would be “Treme”.
I saw an interview with Britton and she said it’s going to be filmed entirely in Nashville. She talked about looking for a house out there.
Jim Parriott is a talented guy with a lot of heart and skill. I’d love to sit in on his writer’s room and learn from him. And I’m really excited to see how Nashville turns out.
Smart move – Parriott is tremendous.
