IFC‘s bloody and unabashedly politically incorrect new half-hour drama Bullet In The Face allegedly made network execs shocked and nervous during a screening. Now comes our first peek at the series, about a German assassin-turned-cop who is without conscience or filter, shooting people indiscriminately and accompanying the acts with radically offensive invective. The series premieres as three episodes back-to-back on two consecutive nights — August 16-17, from 10 PM-11:30 PM.

Bring it.
I haven’t been this excited about a comedy in a long, long time.
Always a good sign for a comedy when the shots look over-produced and there are no jokes.
This looks like Eagleheart remade by dummies.
“Over-produced?” This is why America can’t have nice things. A little cinematic style, a little flair, is brought to the table and dullards asks why everybody can’t be satisfied with the aesthetic of The Honeymooners and I Love Lucy. Go watch TVLand.
God. Best post EVER
Eagleheart is Sledge Hammer remade by dummies. That thing would barely pass muster on You Tube. This looks new and cool.
Wow, and I thought the Game of Thrones teasers were brief. This doesn’t make it clear what the series is: comedy, action, drama. Maybe it’s for the best since it is having such a brief run.
I’ve seen three episodes and it’s a brilliant half hour comedy.
I’ve seen all six episodes…and would beg IFC for more, more, MORE!
This is now my new fav series. I only planned on checking out an episode or two. And couldn’t stop watching till I’d finished every ep. Funny, violent, deranged, politically-incorrect. And Max Williams was born to play The Joker in some future iteration of Batman. I can only pray that ratings were good and, if so, that it doesn’t get watered down. Oh yeah, Izzard and Roberts were fun too! Totally unique…nothing like it on ANY channel. This is a must-see!
