In the wake of Ann Curry’s tearful goodbye this morning on Today, speculation about her replacement has escalated. Some news outlets are saying that Savannah Guthrie will be sitting in Curry’s chair next to Matt Lauer tomorrow morning, but that isn’t unusual. Curry was already scheduled to be off Friday and Guthrie has often filled in for her in the past.
