The production company behind The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and other TV shows filed suit today in Los Angeles Superior Court against former lead production accountant Iain Anderson. (Read the lawsuit here) AND Syndicated Productions accuses Anderson, who is listed as residing in Ventura County, and unspecified co-defendants of artificially inflating production costs and other expenses and converting at least $600,000 to himself. AND alleges Anderson requested petty cash for bogus expenses, comingling production funds with his personal bank accounts and recording bogus and false payroll transactions, plus other acts of conversion. AND seeks actual damages and restitution for misallocated moneys, punitive damages and court costs.

But who’s gonna sue the Bachelor for embezzling entertainment value from the American public?
Just another instance of scandal plaguing this franchise. ABC should be smart and cancel both these programs as they’re worthless piles of drivel.
Jed, you sound like a real fun fella.
Great, they will win, the show will be even more profitable, and we get two more seasons each.
This isn’t a scandal plaguing the production. It is an example of a moronic employee who committed crimes and thought they wouldn’t get caught. It could happen to any show.
The Biz, with so much $$$ floating around, it’s no wonder, “Everything’s legal… ’til you get caught.”
This is what Fleiss gets for going after RealitySteve. Save our Spoilers!!
