EXCLUSIVE: Actress Liza Lapira has signed a talent deal with ABC and ABC Studios to co-star in a pilot targeted for the 2013-14 season. The pact stems from Lapira’s role on the ABC comedy series Don’t Trust The B—- At Apt. 23. Lapira was a regular on the first season of the show, produced by 20th Century Fox TV, playing Chloe’s (Krysten Ritter) stalker neighbor. She will continue as a recurring guest star on Season 2. Lapira’s series credits also include Fox’s Traffic Light and Dollhouse and CBS’ NCIS. On the big screen, she most recently appeared in Crazy, Stupid, Love.

Well deserved! She’s intelligent, hilarious, good move by ABC.
Good for her! She’s a talented performer who makes everything she’s in that much better.
Loved her on NCIS and loving her on Apt 23!
She is so funny in Don’t trust the B. I’m glad she’s returning for the second season. hilarious show!
Kudos to Liza! So happy to see strong asian-american female talent get recognized. Hope her deal opens doors for future asian-american talent.
Super talented, funny actress. And a wonderful person to boot. Fantastic.
Liza Lapira is unbelievably funny, and she is a major talent. She stole so many scenes in Crazy, Stupid, Love ( especially from the overrated Emma Stone) and Don’t Trust The B—- At Apt. 23. I am so happy for her. Sometimes good things happen to good people. Hopefully, Liza will have a major film career.
I hope her new series shows off Liza’s sexy side. She is gorgeous. Lovely face and great body. Hope Liza and ABC work this aspect along with her well known highly touted acting abilities.
I first saw her on the short-lived Traffic Light (which shouldn’t have been cancelled) and have loved her ever since. I’m glad ABC saw her potential and immediately acted on it before another network picked her up. Good luck to whatever show they have in mind for her!
Loved her in Crazy, Stupid, Love. Hope they find a great show for her. She deserves it!
