It was down to the final three on The Bachelorette (2.5/8) last night, but the ratings were up 9% from last week. Also up — after two weak weeks since its June 18 debut – was ABC’s legally challenged The Glass House (1.2/3), which also was up 9% from last week.
Dara Torres didn’t end up making the U.S. Olympic Team team and Monday’s 8-8:30 PM U.S. Olympic Trials: Swimming (1.8/6) on NBC doesn’t seem to have broken any ratings records in fast nationals estimates. However, it still pulled in 7.3 million viewers overall. Also on NBC, a 2 1/2-hour America’s Got Talent (2.9/9), live from New York, was essentially flat with last week’s 3.0/9. It drew 10.2 million viewers overall, making it the night’s most-watched show. NBC won the night in adults 18-49 and total viewers.
On Fox, Hell’s Kitchen (2.4/8) was flat with last week. MasterChef (2.3/6) was up 5% from its June 25 show. CBS had a night of repeats with How I Met Your Mother (1.1/4), 2 Broke Girls (1.0/3), Two And A Half Men (1.0/3), Mike & Molly (0.8/2) and Hawaii Five-O (0.9/2).

New ‘Man Of Steel’ Television Spot #6

You mean that 109 people instead of 100 watched the glass house? if it was up 9% that could be the only answer. Not only did it have a legal challenge, they had a big stupidity challenge. It hurts to even think about it.
How this show is still even on the air is beyond comprehension. What drivel both shows on ABC last night were, especially Glass House. Whoever approved for this show to air should be fired.
