‘To Rome with Love’ is seriously LOL. Saw it last week expecting yet another Woody Allen retread, but Rome was so original.
The storyline with his potential father-in-law was one of the funniest things I’ve seen all year.
Great Wood Allen impersonation!
Can someone explain that bathroom joke at the end of the clip?
Really? Communism is about sharing wealth. That got a nice laugh in the audience at the arclight.
after he hit it out of the park with Midnight in Paris I was expecting another smash I guess. Thought To Rome with Love was just so-so.
Wow! Woody overacting. Really badly.
Pass.
The movie is so much fun. I have seen it twice with 9 people and we all loved or liked it… except one guy who didn’t.
Hope there are better scenes to come, because that clip looked like every old bit he’s been doing since his first movie. He’s getting a little long in the tooth for the same old neurotic schlep routine.
He sounds like Jack Klugman in this clip.
