The Democrats beat the Republican in the TV talk battle yesterday. My President spends more time on talk shows then running the f’ing country. And these aren’t exactly hard hitting, serious chat shows either. He’s either partying down with Jay Z or Clooney or talking to Letterman. Pretty embarrassing.
A man who is a good president, and not just good at running for office, would have sat down with some world leaders, especially the new president of egypt–considering the problems there. I know Ronald Reagan enjoyed one on ones with leaders in order to build relationships…..The president is out of his league and feels more comfortable schmoozing with the ladies while Rome burns..A shame.
You people love to criticize the President when he does what is expedient and not what YOU people think he ought to do. DO you make his schedule? DO YOU plan the logistics? Perhaps the time for sitting down with world leaders was not expedient and not part of the Global Leaders protocol during the U.N. events! Ever thought about that? We are not the World’s police…and whatever is going on in China or wherever in the world is not always our concern as a nation to comment immediately or take action. Get over it!
So glad the president had time to chat about his first kiss and how he keeps the romance alive with his wife on the View but was unable to meet with any of the world leaders in town for the UN summit. So awesome. My favorite part of his View segment is when Whoopi asked them what they wanted to do in five years. Michelle immediately said “take a long vacation.” HILARIOUS since she has spent her entire reign vacationing across the globe on taxpayers’ dime.
They made fun of the president’s view outing on the daily show. I think he Handled himself quite nicely there and seems to be pushing to a reelection in November
@becky actually it was recorded & he did go speak w/ the UN. But, I’m sure u knew that since you’re so quick to criticize. And anyone that thinks the guy can’t do two things like go on a talk show & run the country are mistaking him for Bush. But oh that’s right, we’re not allowed to compare the two anymore.
Your so right people have no right to this a president should maybe meet with some leaders on the verge of war because his scheduling doesn’t line up with it. Not to mention dead Americans.
