NBC put Community and fellow comedy Whitney on hold this month after originally scheduling their season premieres for October 19. Whitney already has been tapped to return November 14 as a replacement for Animal Practice, so maybe it’s only a matter of time before Community’s own “October 19″ comes. The video breaks it all down:

Not very funny. Dan Harmon will be missed this year, it’s obvious.
Yeah, because the show was sooo much better when Dan Harmon was around… Ahem.
So “Crystal” the monkey really is in charge of Programming, get this show on the air asap.
The drop in quality is already apparent. The 4th season is gonna suck so much that even hardcore fans will feel OK with the upcoming cancellation. That was NBC’s plan all allong. Firing Harmon because he’s a jerk, waiting for the show to become less and less enjoyable so they don’t come off as the bad guys.
Then can I ask you: why is it that NBC supposedly concocted this ridiculously complicated plan? So that a few college kids on Tumblr wouldn’t make insulting gifs about the network?
i watched every episode from the 1st and this is right in line. How can you say this 2 minute video is a drop in quality? im behind harmon as much as anyone else but give the guys a chance. harmon created characters and a feeling that is community, but talented writers can 100% keep that alive. so shutup and let it premiere before ripping it apart. it could be better than harmon’s work and im sure you’ll still hate on it
The COMMUNITY cast could read the phone book and I’d still watch. Even if season 4 is only half as funny/brilliant/original as S1-3, it will still be better than half the comedies on TV right now (I’m talking to you Neighbors, Suburgatory, Last Man Standing, Partners, Animal Practice, Up All Night, 2 Broke Girls, Mike & Molly, and Ben & Kate).
I thought it was funny – very much in line with how these characters are
Agreed.
I was a doubter before I watched this.
Troy, Abed, and Annie all kill it.
Dean’s “Animal Practice” joke was hilarious.
And also, from my understanding this was the Cast’s idea.
Not the writers.
So im confused on some peoples “drop in quality” comments.
It’s been gone so long, who the hell cares anymore.
