Starz’s ‘Da Vinci’s Demons’: First Photo

The adventure drama written by David S. Goyer stars Tom Riley as a young Leonardo Da Vinci navigating the turbulent world of Renaissance Florence as his genius begins to emerge. The Starz-BBC Worldwide co-production is set for an eight-episode first season to premiere in the spring. Goyer is writing a production blog about Da Vinci’s Demons and unveiled some first photos, including this one of Riley as Da Vinci.

This looks like something I would definitely watch but Im sure that starz willl ultimately let me down again. They cancel almost every one of their shows after one or two seasons, just when I’m really into it. so I’m not sure i want to get invested again and disappointed.

They only cancel them…. BECAUSE THEY SUCK. MAGIC CITY was virtually unwatchable.

the only difference between this bbc/starz co-production & if the same material were produced by bbc/wgbh boston on pbs…is filthy language, lotsa sex & full-on nudity on the former…& for that titillation, subscribers pay premium price for cable & satellite…

tonight’s episode of boss was sooo gooooood! I cannot wait for the season finale and if they cancel this show too I will cancel my subscription.
