Debra Curtis arrives after serving as VP Development at GK-tv and before that was a 15-year veteran at Sony Pictures Television, where she oversaw such series series as Damages, Rescue Me, Rules Of Engagement, Community and The Shield. In her new post as SVP Current Programming, she will oversee all aspects of eOne’s current programming for the group’s slate, which includes Hell On Wheels (AMC), Rookie Blue (ABC), Call Me Fitz (DirecTV) and DirecTV’s upcoming suspense drama series Rogue starring Thandie Newton. “Deb comes to eOne with a terrific reputation in the creative community as well as a wealth of experience overseeing numerous high-profile dramas,” says Michael Rosenberg, EVP U.S. Scripted Television at EOne. “We are delighted to have her on our team looking after our ever-expanding slate.”
