• Is this film only focusing on Thomas Wolfe? Maybe Perkins-Fitzgerald and Perkins-Hemingway could be separate films. Everything’s a trilogy nowadays, right?

• Colin F and Michael F are HOT…regardless, they are both prolific actors who can breath some life into this movie plot. Good beginning with director and producer too. Looking forward to this.

• I like both of these actors very much–in fact, I’ll see whatever they’re in. However, this is the first time I’ve ever said I’d rather see American actors in a film about Americans. (Accents will be a problem for these two, if past work is any indication…)

  • True, but I would rather hear a few dodgy accents than see another hammy, squeaky-voiced, undisciplined performance from Sean Penn, who was previously attached to the project. How can someone so talented be so consistently tone-deaf?

• My choice for lead Damian Lewis (Assassin in Love) Great actor and good in comedic role. Firth too old and not good in comedic role
