EXCLUSIVE: The staple of Fox’s NFL and Major League Baseball coverage has signed with CAA for representation in all areas. Joe Buck, the son of legendary broadcaster Jack Buck, is the network’s lead sports announcer, having called 15 World Series and three Super Bowls. He had not previously been set up at an agency, though he continues to be repped by Marvin Demoff of Morris Yorn Barnes Levine Rubenstein Kohner & Gellman.

Good for CAA – Buck is the Best
I hope they don’t put him on a show with Artie Lange. Then again, I hope they do. At least, it would be entertaining to watch.
My favorite Joe Buck moment will always be Justin Timberlake making fun of him at the baseball all-star game. Thank god that thing will live forever on the internet. It’s certainly Timberlake’s best work as well.
Either your memory sucks or you’re just easily humored. Or maybe both. Because Timberlake barely made fun of him, or made fun of anything else in that waste of two minutes on the microphone with Mark Grace to plug his movie.
oh yes, the great joe buck, who never raises the volume of his voice when it comes to exciting situations. he’s so incredibly boring.
Great sign. I don’t even particularly follow baseball and yet I have become a fan of Joe Buck. He has a great classic announcer’s voice. It’s that simple.
Dear Lord. The eternal plague of Joe Buck continues.
Joe Buck is the best announcer in media. The other comments above are no doubt from an affliction caused by having one’s head up a small hole at the base of the spine.
Joe Buck is the worst. Him and anyone is the worst to listen to. I prefer to listen to the TV sound off when he is on. I am glad he doesn’t do radio too.
Joe Buck has the most annoying voice I’ve ever heard in any media format. Both him and Tim McCarver are the sorriest broadcast team in baseball, yet that’s what Fox gives us every year in the playoffs. I’m hoping that TBS/TNT will someday purchase the rights to broadcast the World Series. Their commentators are at least decent.
Say it ain’t so Joe!!! Please have the professional integrity to get out of the bradcasting gig and give us all relief. Boring, boring, boring….
