Diego Boneta has signed up for the John Stockwell-directed In The Blood. And Seal Team Six: The Raid On Osama bin Laden’s Cam Gigandet is in negotiations to join the thriller also. Stockwell directed the National Geographic Channel TV movie about the strike against the Al-Qaeda leader. In The Blood is about a woman who tries to track down her husband after he is kidnapped on their South American honeymoon. James Robert Johnston and Bennett Yellin wrote the screenplay. Haywire star and former American Gladiators Gina Carano plays Ava the wife. Gigandet, who appeared in the first Twilight, would portray the husband. Rock Of Ages star Boneta will play Manny, a local who ends up joining Ava on her search. Cash Warren, Shaun Redick and Ray Mansfield are producing. Boneta is repped by Gersh, Luber Roklin Entertainment and attorney Gretchen Rush. Gigandet is repped by WME and Luber Roklin Entertainment.

Gina Carano was wooden and awful in HAYWIRE, making the film virtually unwatchable.
Diego is the best
Boneta is THE MAN! Or a man. Either way, good for him.
This looks it will be a very fun film. Good for Lena.
Sounds like another TNT movie of the week. They obviously dont care about value… Let me guess, they got a $500k domestic MG that is worthless, take it to a 30% country down south, set up post deferrals and get some inexperienced financier to put up some where around $1M in equity (that they will never see again) and the producers take big fees and pad the waterfall with their own deferrals.
This is why investors never come back and they ruin it for real projects.
HEY INVESTORS! Look at your producers track records! Ask around and you will find out how much money has been lost with these guys.
I don’t care if it is not a high ranked film if Diego’s in it it will be amazing…..can’t wait to see it:)
