Open Road Films will release Ten, the David Ayer-directed action thriller starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, nationwide on January 24, 2014. Schwarzenegger leads an elite DEA task force that takes on the world’s deadliest drug cartels. When the team successfully executes a high-stakes raid on a cartel safe house, they think their work is done — until, one-by-one, the 10 members mysteriously begin to be eliminated. Joe Manganiello, Sam Worthington, Harold Perrineau, Terrence Howard, Max Martin, Josh Holloway, Olivia Williams and Mireille Enos co-star. Skip Woods wrote the original screenplay. QED International financed the pic; Bill Block, Paul Hanson, Joe Roth, Palak Patel and Al Ruddy are producers. Open Road released Ayer’s last pic, End Of Watch, in September.

Didn’t Arnold already make this movie? Wasn’t it called Commando?
In what world is this ANYTHING like Commando?
The leader of an elite team whose members suddenly start getting picked off one by one under mysterious circumstances? You really don’t see it?
Can’t wait for this… Ayer is going to do wonders for AS.
Sounds like it will have plenty of action! He has been keeping busy making movie’s since he has got out of office. Remember they are just another rep if you have read his book to him and me now too.
Arnold’s Agent needs to be fired!!
1. The Stan Lee fiasco: Governator was a joke.
2. The Last Stand looks like a boring TV-action movie of the week.
3. Lockout was a boring forgettable flop, now they are putting both Arnold and Stallone in prison movie together for The Tomb.
Hell, I’ll even take an End of Days type movie over the junk Arnold is making now.
To top it all off Stallone looks like he’s in better shape than Arnold and they are around the same age. Hell Lou Ferrigno who competed against Arnold in Pumping Iron is in better shape than Arnold. Man have the mighty fallen. Someone needs to smack that cigar out of Arnold’s mouth and remind him that he used to by Mr. Olympia and that he used to do cool movies. Let’s hope he gets Conan and Terminator going again.
note to Arnold’s incompetent agent: Arnold’s genre is fantasy and sci-fi, that’s what has brought in the hundreds of millions. Not Clint Eastwood type movies.
I think they meant Max Martini and not Max Martin. He’s also in Guillermo Del Toro’s ‘Pacific Rim’ and ‘Captain Phillips’ directed by Paul Greengrass. All coming out next year. Nice run.
Zeus, you are so RIGHT. Arnold is doing the wrong movies. His latest “Small town sheriff” looks like crap. He better get back to his genres or he’s finished (again).
“Small town sheriff” worked for Sly in “Cop Land.” Schwartzi’s last sci-fi movie, “The 6th Day,” tanked. He’s aged out of sci-fi. His current post-”Expendables” direction seems to be working.
Oh that’s Arnold’s picture? I thought it was Jerry Brown!
Isn’t this just a rehash of detox that 2000 Stallone clunker… One by one they Are killed off? Or even that val Kilmer dud mind hunters? Is this the premise where former action stars go to destroy their careers?
So, correct me if I am incorrect, but this date puts the release of two Scharzenegger films less than a week apart? Isn’t The Last Stand set for Jan 18?
I guess this is smart for Open Road, so they can ride the awareness coattails brought on just a week prior by the Lionsgate film.
Hey funeral if you bothered to check properly last stand is jan 2013 and ten is being released jan 2014..they are a year apart..
Hey! The stallone prison movie is a great movie to be cherished. Now they will both be locked up. Yay! Arnold is the best and you all know it!
